Our School Improvement Goals

etting goals is an essential part of any organization's development. All schools in the Clark County School District are expected to set yearly school improvement goals. These goals address core curricular areas and can address citizenship goals. The goals are generally based on the school-wide norm reference test (Iowa Tests of Basic Skills), the Nevada Writing Proficiency Exam, and the school district curricular based test (SBAP). School goals can also be based on additional testing or assessment at the school level. These goals are designed to keep the school learning team focused on the achievement of students. These documents are a resource for our teachers. We realize that they can be helpful to parents as well. Therefore, we have provided .pdf file links to our school improvement goals. We hope that this will be of interest to those who want to learn more about our school goals. If you have Acrobat Reader, you can read an online copy of our school goals by opening the .pdf file links below. Thank you!

SPECIAL NOTE: We are presently setting our school Improvement goals for the 2004-2005 school year. When they are ready to be reviewed we will have them available on this page of our website. Thank you for your patience as we prepare them for the district and state leadership. They should be available for your review by the first of October 2004.
