Our
Curriculum
ll
schools in the Clark County School District have a district and state
mandated course of study.
This course of study is call the
Curriculum Essentials Framework (C.E.F.).
This important "framework" describes the most appropriate
grade level skills that must be addressed in lessons for the Kindergarten
to Fifth-grade student. The C.E.F. is the basis for all lesson planning
in our district and at our school and is an important resource for
our teachers. The C.E.F. is a large volume of grade-level expectations,
course-of-study materials and standards. We have provided .pdf file
links of the C.E.F. We hope that this will help those that want to
learn more about our curriculum. We also can provide to parents a
small pamphlet entitled, "A Curriculum Overview." If you
would like to receive a copy, please contact
us through this website or come by our school office. If you have
Acrobat
Reader you can check out an online copy of the K-5
Curriculum Overview and can open the .pdf file links below. Thank
you!
